This course invites the participants to consider their current career situation and future opportunities inside science and beyond. For this reason we will have a deeper look at the achievements of the past and competences we already have developed. Beside this the participants will realize that career planning and job research starts with analyzing one`s own profile (scientific and personal). An overview about potential career goals and some general requirements will support them in defining their own goals. Finally the postdocs start with individual career planning so that the next few steps will become clear.
The second day is open for individual career related questions. In a strictly confidential face to face situation the postdocs can talk about personal issues.
